1. Goods has to be deliver to pickup boy on request by customer as well as company within ½ half an hour.
2. If any goods returned by customer due to product quality then vendor is obliged to take back the returned item with same value.
3. Payment to vendor would be made within 45 days subject to gust.
4. If any default found from the end of vendor then same shall be blocked by company.
5. Company has the full right to choose any vendor on his discretion.
